In oil and gas drilling, workover, and completion operations, to avoid blowout accidents, it is necessary to install a set of equipment on the wellhead of the well - drilling well control device.When the pressure in the wellbore is less than the formation pressure, the formation fluids such as oil, gas, water and so on in the underground formation flood into the wellbore and form overflow or well kick. In serious cases, the drilling blowout and fire may occur.
Drilling well control device mainly consists of blowout preventer, four-way, remote control console, throttle blowout preventer manifold and so on.The hydraulic pipeline which provides power transmission for the boP plays an important role in the safety of drilling operation.In field operations, the hydraulic line must not only withstand the high pressure of the blowout shut-in or reverse circulation operation, but also maintain power transmission under the extreme conditions of the blowout fire to ensure that the blowout preventer can close the wellhead in time.
Based on the manufacturing process of the four-layer high pressure hydraulic hose, the BOP well control hose uses fire-resistant rubber as the raw material of the outer rubber layer of the hose, and covers the tube body with stainless steel armor, so as to achieve the fireproof and fire-proof effect.Under extreme conditions of through pressure and 704℃ open flame, the FIRE resistance of BOP well control hose is longer than API standard.
The hose adopts ultra-high strength steel wire as the reinforcement layer, which not only improves the compression performance of the pipe body, but also makes the weight of the pipe lighter, which is more conducive to the field operation and also provides another layer of guarantee for the project safety.
